Collections for partners, campaigns for consumers
Tiffosi was founded in Vila Nova de Famalicão in 1991 and has been part of Grupo VNC since 2008. It is the group's best-known denim brand, with more than one hundred and fifty own stores, one hundred and thirty in Portugal and twenty in Spain, and a network of multi-brand partners that reaches twenty-six markets.
These are two very different operations running side by side. Wholesale depends on collections, pre-orders and replenishment, with partners who need to know what is in stock before placing an order. Direct sales depend on campaigns and on shipping to a large network of stores.
First the B2B portal, then the online store
We started with B2B, in 2016, with a portal that works as a permanent showroom. Partners browse the complete collections, see availability in real time and place pre-orders or replenishment orders on their own, in several languages and currencies, from Spain to Poland and the Emirates. On the Tiffosi side, the sales management tools show the order volume and the history of each partner.
In 2024 the collaboration expanded to B2C. Order management was fine-tuned for the volume of shipments to the more than one hundred and fifty stores, with automated picking, packing and shipping. Marketing Cloud gained email and SMS flows segmented by each customer's history, for reactivation, post-purchase and collection communication.
The distribution network grew without growing the team
Automated campaigns now generate twenty percent of sales, a contribution that did not exist before. Digitalizing shipments to the stores reduced errors and shortened lead times.
On the B2B side, the distribution network grew without the sales team growing in the same proportion. Partners gained autonomy, and the team was freed up to focus on account management and entry into new markets.
The B2B portal changed the way we manage our distribution network. What used to require a large team now runs on its own and gives us data we simply did not have before.
