Anyone who walks into a multi-brand store is looking for several brands in the same place, and each one has its own way of being presented. That is the balance PROF manages every day, in its physical stores and in the online channel.

Selling other companies' brands well
PROF, also known for its More Than Shoes and Love & Sorrow banners, is a multi-brand retailer of footwear, accessories and clothing with fifteen stores in Portugal. The model is based on curation: the best of international fashion, with the closeness of a local retailer. It is the Portuguese distributor of brands such as Camper, Birkenstock and Dr. Martens.
Selling third-party brands requires respecting each one's presentation rules without losing the coherence of the catalog. We have been PROF's technology partner since 2015 and have supported the company's growth beyond Portugal's borders.
A configuration tailored to footwear
We implemented a multi-market platform that brings together catalog, stock and order management. Order management integrated the logistics flows of online and physical retail, and the teams always have an up-to-date view of inventory, whatever the channel or location.
The internationalization features make it possible to manage content, prices and campaigns by market, in multiple languages and currencies. The configuration was fine-tuned for what footwear requires: size management, color variants, photography by angle and the specific requirements of each brand represented.
The teams gained room to decide by market
Over more than ten years of partnership, PROF has come to sell from its online store to more than twenty-five markets, on a stable platform. Optimized logistics processes reduced stock conflicts and improved the delivery rate for international orders.
Management autonomy allowed the teams to adapt the offer to each market quickly, which is essential when representing brands with such different identities.
With Redicom we have the peace of mind of knowing that the platform keeps up with our growth. In ten years it has never limited us; on the contrary, it has opened markets for us.
