Fuxia, BAE and Vein each speak to their own audience, with their own online store, app and campaigns. Behind them, the Brands Leaders group manages all three with the same stock, the same orders and the same team.

Three brand identities, the same team behind them
The Brands Leaders group, based in Amares, has existed since 1997 and owns several fashion and sports retail banners. Three of them, Fuxia, BAE and Vein, have distinct identities in footwear and lifestyle. Each has its own positioning, its own audience and its own commercial logic. Together they add up to more than ten thousand SKUs in their catalog and share teams, stock and processes.
The growth of the online channel confirmed what the leadership already knew, that it needed a technology foundation equal to its ambition, capable of serving three independent brands without separating them behind the scenes.
ISA InStore APP and a mobile app for each brand
An architecture that treats the three brands as independent entities on the storefront and as an integrated group in the back end.
Each brand has its own online store, with its own visual identity and navigation. Stock, order and logistics management is centralized, with visibility over the more than ten thousand SKUs in the combined catalog, which prevents stock conflicts between brands and channels. The ISA InStore APP connected the physical stores of all three brands to the digital inventory in real time, and each brand's mobile app gives its most loyal customers a unified purchase history and access to the brand's own campaigns. In Marketing Cloud, campaigns are segmented by brand and by profile, without one interfering with another.
The parallel systems no longer exist
Sixty percent average growth in online sales and forty percent new customers acquired across the three brands combined.
Unified management of the more than ten thousand products ended parallel systems and reduced the workload on the teams, who now work from a single source for stock, orders and customers.
Redicom understood exactly what we needed, a platform that treats each brand individually but gives us the efficiency of operating as a group.
