At Forte Store, sales still happen mainly in the store, between the customer and the sales associate. What has changed is the information the associate has at hand while serving, from stock in other stores to the history of the person in front of them.

A multi-brand network growing out of physical retail
Forte Store was founded in Braga in 2007 and over nineteen years has built one of the largest multi-brand fashion retail networks in Portugal. It has more than eighty physical stores, more than 450 people and a turnover of close to fifty million euros, with brands such as Guess, Calvin Klein, Boss, Gant, Armani and Levi's.
Physical retail is the core of the business, and the company recognized that the next step was to connect in-store and digital without the customer noticing the difference. In a multi-brand network of this size, that is an added challenge.
A sales tool in every store in the network
The ISA InStore APP was rolled out across the network's stores and gave the sales teams a tool that brings together product information, real-time stock and customer history. Sales associates can now suggest alternatives from other brands, check availability in another store and order for home delivery without leaving the sales floor.
Order management integrated the stock view across channels, which reduced stock conflicts and opened up more flexible delivery strategies, from shipping from the nearest store to in-store pickup. The e-commerce platform supports the digital channel with a catalog updated in real time, and Marketing Cloud automated communications with campaigns segmented by purchasing behavior and by geographic area.
Fewer lost sales and a network ready to grow
Forte Store now has a single view of the business across its entire store network. The conversion rate in stores improved with the support of the ISA InStore APP, and the ability to ship from any location reduced sales lost to local stockouts.
The network can grow without multiplying complexity, because each new store joins the same circuit.
Redicom gave our store teams a tool that changes the way they sell. ISA knows everything about our stock and our customers.
