Lemon Jelly sells vegan footwear in its stores, online, through partner retailers and on international marketplaces, and all these channels share the same platform. When the brand enters a new country, the language, currency and stock are already in place to receive it.

Each new market multiplied the workload
Lemon Jelly was founded in 2013 with women's footwear made in Portugal from vegan materials. In less than a decade it became an international reference, with ninety percent of its production going to export and a presence in thirty markets. It has five own stores in Portugal, two in Spain and one in Paris, as well as a network of partner retailers across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
We have been partners since 2017, practically since the start of its international expansion. Selling was not the problem. Keeping up was, because each new market brought a language, a currency, its own payment methods and retailers who wanted to know whether there was stock before placing an order.
Localized store, B2B portal and synchronized marketplaces
A platform that brings B2C, B2B and marketplaces together under a single management. The B2C channel was localized for the main markets, with the languages, currencies and payment methods each one expects to find. The B2B portal gave partner retailers in the thirty markets the ability to place orders on their own, with real-time availability.
The integrations with international marketplaces keep catalog, prices and stock synchronized. This made it possible to expand the digital presence without the internal operation growing in the same proportion. The platform keeps pace with the seasonal peaks of footwear, when a summer collection triples traffic in a few weeks.
Entering a new market without rebuilding the infrastructure
Since 2017 the brand has gone from an operation just starting to export to a presence in thirty markets. All sales channels run on the same platform, from the stores in Lisbon and Paris to the Asian marketplaces.
Centralization removed stock synchronization errors and shortened response times for international orders. Internally, the team points to the platform as one of the reasons it can enter a new market without rethinking the infrastructure each time.
Redicom understood that we needed a platform that could speak to the world. Today we can enter a new market in weeks rather than months.
