Jewelry demands the same rigor online as in store
Bluebird was founded in 1999 in Porto and serves customers looking for established names in jewelry and watches in Portugal. It represents more than fifty national and international brands, in addition to its own lines, and has fourteen points of sale.
When it decided to move into digital, it was looking for a partner with the same rigor and the same attention to detail that define its relationship with its customers. The partnership began in 2009.
A back office the team uses without depending on anyone
A platform focused on the autonomy of the people who use it. The back office was designed so that the Bluebird team could manage the full catalog without depending on anyone, from creating product pages to configuring seasonal campaigns.
Order management connected online sales to the operation of the fourteen stores, with real-time availability and the same shipping processes on both sides. The closeness of the team, which Bluebird cites as a reason for its choice, translated into short cycles and a quick response to the demands of the luxury sector.
A digital presence that matches the luxury sector
Seventeen years into the partnership, Bluebird maintains one of the most carefully built digital presences in the jewelry and watch sector in Portugal. Back office autonomy reduced dependence on external support and sped up the launch of new collections and limited-edition pieces.
Channel integration gave customers a consistent experience from online search to in-store pickup, and from in-store purchase to digital follow-up.
We chose Redicom for its closeness and its ability to innovate with us. Seventeen years later, that choice remains the right one.
