Ferrache sells to partner stores and to end consumers from the same stock, without one channel taking from the other. With the B2B portal, partners order when they need to, and the sales structure keeps up with growth without expanding at the same rate.

A network too large for traditional tools
Ferrache was founded in 1988 and spent more than three decades building one of the largest multi-brand distribution networks in Portuguese women's fashion. It has more than one hundred and ninety partner stores across fourteen markets, as well as eight own stores in Portugal.
Managing this network with traditional tools began to show its limits. With average growth of twenty-five percent, the company reached a point where growing further required changing the way it worked.
Catalog, stock and ordering in the same portal
The B2B portal now centralizes the entire relationship with the more than one hundred and ninety points of sale. It offers catalogs with photos and complete product sheets, real-time stock availability and an ordering process with no intermediaries. Partners now place orders on their own.
Order management unified inventory between B2B and B2C, so that orders from both channels are fulfilled from the same stock without conflicting. Marketing Cloud gained email and SMS flows for collection campaigns, customer reactivation and communications segmented by purchasing profile, with results measured campaign by campaign.
Growth continued without overloading the teams
Twenty percent of sales now come from automated campaigns, a channel that did not exist before. The portal changed the dynamic with the one hundred and ninety partners, who now have a professional tool to manage the relationship.
Average growth of twenty-five percent has been maintained, now on a structure that grows without increasing the workload of the sales and marketing teams in the same proportion.
The B2B portal completely changed the way we work with our partners. They gained autonomy and we gained efficiency. Marketing automation opened up a sales dimension that we are still exploring.
